What is Yourbill?

Yourbill is a bookkeeping platform for freelancers, contractors and small business owners.

When will Yourbill launch?

The team at Yourbill are hard at work finalising the Yourbill platform, we will be launching early 2018. Sign up today to get your Free 12 months account.

How do I register my interest?

If you’re interested in joining our BETA launch, you can request your invite from our sign up page. All you need to do is provide your name and email address, and you’ll be added to the invite list for the BETA.

Can I sign up now?

Yes, you can sign up straight away by registering your interest using the BETA sign up form on our sign up page.

If I sign up to Yourbill now will I be tied into a contract?

No. There’s no obligation to take up a Yourbill account, even if you sign up to the BETA launch, and you can cancel your account at any time.

What information do I need to register?

You just need to provide your name and email address to register your interest. Once Yourbill is live we’ll send you and email to start setting up your account.

Will I be able to use Yourbill on my phone?

Yes, Yourbill will work on your smart phone. Quickly and simply create invoices, log expenses, see your current financial position and much more.

Does Yourbill support multiple currencies?

Yes, Yourbill enables you to send invoices and add expenses in over 120+ currencies and we will always look to add more in the future.

Will I be able to use Yourbill when I’m offline?

Unfortunately Yourbill requires an internet connection, and we won’t be offering an offline version for launch but may look to introduce this in the future.

Is Yourbill available in multiple languages?

Unfortunately at the moment Yourbill is only available in English, however we are looking to support alternative languages in the future based on demand.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No, you don’t have to pay anything upfront and you don’t need to fill out any payment information to sign up. You’ll receive our standard 3 month free trial and then you can decide which package you want.

Will there be a free trial period?

Yes. We’re offering a 3 month free trial for everyone, and we’re also offering the first 500 sign ups a free account for a year.

What’s the difference between the packages?

Yourbill has two packages; one for Freelancers and Contractors and the other for Small Businesses. To find out more about the features of each package see a feature comparison on our Pricing page.

If I sign up to Yourbill now will I be tied into a contract?

No. When you sign up there’s no obligation to open a Yourbill account when we launch, but if you do, you’re not tied in and can close your account at any time.

How will I know when you’ve launched and I can access my account?

If you sign up to our BETA launch, we’ll send you an email as soon as Yourbill is live so that you can log in and start setting up your account.

Am I able to cancel my account after the free period?

You don’t have to cancel your account, as we do not require any payment information until after the free trial has ended. If you decide not to subscribe after the free trial then simply drop us a message to close your account down.

I have more than one company can I have multiple accounts?

Yes, you can subscribe to as many accounts as you like. Yourbill has also made it simple with a single login to enable you to switch between your company accounts quickly.

Can I add multiple users to my Yourbill account?

If you have the Pro package then you can add unlimited users to your account.
